Cycle Touring the wineries in Blenheim
We set out on bicycles to tour four wineries. With five tastings per winerie, and a glass at Herzog, were were right familiar with Pinot Noir by the end of the day and of course, after putting in 25 km, we had earned it.
We are putting in very full days and to some extent they are blending together but it has been an awesome first 10 days.
Blenheim is in the Marlborough region, known for its Chardonnay, Caberner Savignon, Gvertrimminer and Pinot Wines. They do not have the climate for the merlots.
